David A. Brooks

Dave Brooks is an Indiana attorney experienced in the areas of bankruptcy law, Social Security disability, adoptions, guardianships, wills, trusts, and estates. He graduated from Valparaiso University School of Law in 1985 and has earned the respect of and recognition from his fellow attorneys. Lexis Nexis has awarded Mr. Brooks a BV rating for his ethical standards and professional accomplishments. He has more than 25 years of legal experience and has filed nearly 1,000 bankruptcies.

As an active member of his community, David served as President of the Kouts Town Council for nine years and was a four-term member of the Town Council. He has also served on the economic development committee for the Town of Kouts and was a member of the Northwest Indiana Regional Planning Commission, where he served on the economic development committee.

David and his wife Linda have been married more than 30 years and live in Kouts, Indiana. They have three children and a one grandchild.

Nancy Jachim has worked for David A. Brooks since 2007. She's the friendly voice on the phone when you call to schedule your appointments, and she greets you with a smile when you come into the office. She is a compassionate and competent person who cares about the clients Brooks Law Office serves. Nancy is currently attending Ivy Tech Community College, where she is pursuing her degree in paralegal studies.
